There is something extraordinary that happens when we dare to be righteous rebels: we become ourselves again. But before we can truly be ourselves, we have to ditch the societal conditioning that has our thoughts and beliefs all f*cked up. So Let's just unf*uck it.
As a hypnotherapist, I feel it's my responsibility to reveal to you all the trade secrets behind how the subconscious mind works, how we can deal with it, and what to do to protect ourselves from "Narrative Nancy's" trying to take over our mental sovereignty (ironically, if your name is Nancy, you're clearly not one of them, btw).
A "Righteous Rebel" is someone who has a deep love for life (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically) but has a hard time with the way the world is set up. All the negative media, toxic foods, corporate overreach, religious extremism, and so many other things are deeply troubling to us and we want to break free of the societal matrix that holds us in 'bondage' to this errant way of being.
...there's no guarantees you wont stub your toe.
But, it'll definitely be worth the view.
“Anytime I got frustrated, I had a hard time staying composed. It was affecting my relationship with my son, and I hated that. Now I have an arsenal of tools to use that helps me stay true to myself...”
-Pat R., Australia
“I was bullied a lot in school and it made it hard for me to trust people. Using the techniques I learned, I feel a lot more confident in sharing my voice and expressing myself....”
-Madi C., Canada
“It wasn't public speaking that I had a hard time with, it was being around my family without getting triggered. That's changed, and I never would have thought it could be so simple...”
-Nancy V., Romania
“Negotiating my needs in relationships hasn't been easy for me, especially when there's something emotional in the way. I never knew it could be as easy as using a few techniques to create win-win situations...”
-Andy K., Germany
“Being honest with my husband about my feelings was really hard for me sometimes. At least now I know I can use these techniques to be myself, even when it's uncomfortable...”
-Mary W., USA
Freedom is your birthright
The biggest obstacles to freedom are not what they seem.
It's not the job, the long work hours, the inability to spend our money, the relationship, or anything external like that.
The biggest obstacles are the moments we can't regulate our stress response to the daily needs leading to behaviours that sabotage our sense of freedom. An internal operating system - aka, the subconscious mind - using outdated scripts (via the little voice inside our heads) is the root of these insidious freedom-drainers.
Not rewriting this internal script can result in:
-anxiety
-deadlines missed
-difficult (draining) conversations
-bad habits that exhaust our energy reserves
-behaviours that push potentially great connections away
-dependency on substances or lifestyles that hurt our long-term health
These claim vast swaths of valuable time we never get back.
You’ve probably heard people in the prODUctiVity sPAce rambling on with maxims like, “stress is just a part of life,” have you not?
And that when you're working on something worthwhile, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck is as normal as misplacing your keys (again) or stepping on a LEGO barefoot in a room full of toddlers?
Or that all you have to do is get jacked up on stimulants and fOcUs till your brain feels like a pressure cooker ready to explode...
Let me share a little secret with you: that's not freedom.
The...
..."hustle harder!"
..."Grind it bro!"
..."You'll sleep when you die!"
...mentality comes from a very ancient part of your brain that's about the equivalent of a caveman trying to outrun a mammoth—effective for survival, but totally useless for thriving in modern life.
Worse, the part of you that keeps revisiting the trauma's of the past doesn't know it's hijacking the very thing that would allow you to experience life with wholeness, presence, and natural genius.
Well, I’m here to tell you: you’ve been sold a lie—kind of like "one size fits all" jeans.
"Ya, but it's got me where I am today, man. Must be doing something right..."
I'm not saying you're not doing some things right. You're in the position you're in because you do a LOT of things right.
I'm saying that if you want to live a life genuinely free of all that anxiety, fear and amygdala-driven activity — a life free of the chains of...
...addictions (ya, but I like it),
...chaotic relationships (she/he started it!)
...internal polarization (I love life/F*CK THIS SH*T!)
...health sacrifices (spshh, spshh - the sound of nicotine spray going down you gullet)
...then we have something to talk about.
Look, it get it.
It's an extremely anxiolytic feeling thinking that you might lose everything you've built, or that the next product launch needs to be epic or it'll flop, or that you'll never be able to cut through the noise and get to that next insight ahead of your competitors, or whatever else is hypnotizing you into believing you need to sacrifice your valuable time just to keep your momentum going.
Sure, stress might feel like that unwelcome friend who overstays their welcome, but a dysregulated nervous system isn’t your destiny. It’s the reason you’re losing precious time, money, and opportunities—like that time you bought an entire collection of “productivity planners” but never made it past January.
But here’s the kicker: you can do something about it—right now.
Imagine telling stress, “Nah, I’m good,” like you would to a salesperson trying to upsell you extended warranty on a toaster. It’s a choice. Your nervous system doesn’t have to be the over-caffeinated squirrel running the controls.

We Take a Stand
We stand for transparency, honesty, and integrity.
We stand for harmony, love, peace, God, and our divine heritage.
We want the world to feel blessed, and full of opportunities to live a life of purpose. We value the experience of being kind, good-hearted, and forgiving.
But we mean business.
We are here to change the world by first fully being the change we want to see in it (thanks Gandhi). We're the beacons of light in the world and are here to lead by example. We're the ones here to help brighten up the world, one blessed heart at a time.
We're not weak-kneed, even though we may seem non-violent at times.
We don't accept injustice, although we may not directly fight it head on.
We find virtue signalling irritating, and choose to integrate our values rather than project onto others what they should be like.
We lead by example, rather than pointing fingers at everyone else as if the world is changed by throwing stones.
Most of all, we certainly don't take our blessings for granted.
And we all have our own unique path to greatness. It's just a matter of clearing out the societal conditioning that no longer serves us to make way for a new and enlivening experience of life again.
...it might not be for you.
But, if it is, you're gonna enjoy the show.
A client story:
"You’ve been hypnotized, man."
The other day (as of this writing), I was in private Zoom session with someone:
“I don’t know if this is going to work, Eddie,” Pat says, voice low but charged. “All this talking and breathing—feels like putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound.”
His arms crossing tightly, his face hardened by years of unresolved anger. It's their first session, and nothing had cracked the walls around Pat’s rage in the past.
Eddie leans back in his chair, his expression calm. “Pat, you’re not here to talk. You’re here to get real. You’ve been running from the truth, and today, we’re gonna face it.”
Pat scoffs, the cynicism etching deep. “The truth? What truth?”
“You’ve been hypnotized, man. Your mind’s been stuck replaying the same damn story since you were a kid. Your father, the anger, the fights—it’s all on repeat, keeping you in a trance. And you don’t even see it.”
Pat blinks, his jaw tightening. “What are you talking about?”
“Right now,” Eddie says, leaning forward, “you’re hypnotized by your own body. It's telling you you’re angry, your thoughts are telling you you can’t change. But you can." Eddie pauses, "You can flip the script.”
“How?”
Eddie smirks, confidence radiating. “By rewiring the subconscious. Today, we’re not just talking. We’re getting into the heart of the matter, into the part of your body and mind that’s been sabotaging you.”
Pat’s eyes flicker, a mix of curiosity and resistance. “I’ve heard this before. What makes you so sure it’ll work?”
“Because I’ve seen it,” Eddie says, his voice steady. “I had a client just like you. Stuck in rage for years, couldn't control his temper. Hypnosis got him to a place where he didn’t need to fight anymore. He unf*cked his operating system—took control of his life.”
Pat stares at the floor, the weight of years of anger pushing down on him. “And what happened to him?”
“He finally confronted the person who hurt him the most without exploding. He found peace, not because the other person changed, but because he did. You’re ready for that too, Pat. The question is, are you willing to go there?”
A long silence hangs between them. Pat’s breathing slows.
“What do I need to do?” he asks, voice quieter now.
Eddie smiles. “We start by unf*cking your mind. The long-held the belief that this rage owns you is f*cked, based on a shi*tty matrix of embodied cognition that doesn't serve you.”
"Okay, so what's next?" Pat asks, looking mildly amused but ready to take a chance.
"We go for a little adventure into your body and see what shows up. I'm ready when you are..."
Pat takes a moment, collects himself, closes his eyes, and begins to breathe deeply following Eddie's guidance.
**By the end of the session Pat was in tears of joy. He too was able to confront the inner ‘demon’ controlling his rage narrative. Suffice it to say that it was a wild journey that he found thoroughly relieving.

Rebellious
Authenticity
Pat's success boils down to one thing: Rebellious Authenticity.
He didn't allow for the tyrants of outdated bodymind hypnosis to continue their reign of terror. He just listened to his body. And in doing so he was released of the troubles within.
The same holds true for all emotional, mental, and epigenetic influences on us. When we take a righteous rebel approach to our well-being, we can see clearly what needs to be done to reclaim our divine heritage in life once again.
If you've ever felt the call to clear some deep inner stuff, just do it. It's worth the time, energy, and overall effort. The clarity on the other end must be experienced to believe.
This is the root of epistemic learning. Be the righteous rebel. Stand up for your freedom to be all that you are, free of trauma, guilt, blame, shame, and all other forms of misalignment with your divine heritage.
